Ok sorry guys Im alittle bored. Just got all this work and ussually I have the Flyers to watch and such.
Ok so here the question. What college did everyone go to, or if your still in college go to (if you dont go to college yet, I guess you can state where you will be going). Feel free to put your major if you want to.
(I dont ussually do these kinds of posts, but since today was kinda of a Flyers off day I decided to... I remember a facebook thread awhile back so I dont think anyone would mind posting where they went/go to college. Feel free to delete if so)
Havent gone yet because of funding, but I plan on it this fall. If it isnt obvious enough I want to hone the one thing I think im naturally good at, fixing automotive vehicles
Go to Camden County.
Major-History
Gonna transfer out when the hell ever I can(ASAP!)
Once I transfer I'll double major in education and history.

Although it's not something I'm proud of, I'm far from being a tri-athelete, and I think I do a pretty good job at being a cop. It's a LOT about using your head just as much (if not more) than being fit. If it's something you really want to do, you can do it. If I can get through the academy....you can!

I know its a job for the mentally tough Im not sure if Id be able to hold up over a long time seeing people act like total *******s. I must say the cops I do know are tremendous people, like all around. I have the heart for it, could have the physical shape for it, but im not too sure if I have the mental stamina to do it lol. Being a cop is a huge responsibility. I understand and respect the hell out of that. You have the whole community counting on you to keep them safe. Id try so hard not to **** up, that i would **** up lol. That kind of thought process was one of my downfalls in sports lol.
Id probally re consider it, if the wellness thing my one friend has me on works out.

I loved history as a kid. Especially in High School. I wanted to be a High School History teacher. Then realized Id have to deal with kids like me. lol.

You'd actually get past that feeling relatively quickly. I understand that fear, but when I was in FTO (field training program....basically, riding along for 14 weeks), it was impressed upon me that 99% of the job is making a decision. Whether right or wrong, making it is the important part, because -- in all honsestly, it's really hard to make a wrong decision - there are so many ways to handle various things (use of force aside).
But, the metal aspect can be tough. Not so much the burden of "responsibility", but just some of the BS and moronic things people do and say. You really are a glorified babysitter a lot of times, and it can be draining.
But honestly, it's worth all the crap. It's the best job in the world (for me at least).

Do you get to keep the drugs you get off the 16 year olds?
