I can dig it. I want to see some kind of passion tonight. Westgarth is a maniac, even though he loses a lot of fights. But when he happens to connect with one of his haymakers, it's lights out for whoever he's fighting.
I don't see the Willd players taking runs at the King skilled players. What do you think?
I thought the same thing when Ivanans was in the lineup but it hasnt stopped players yet. Ivanans or Westgarth needs to destroy someone next time someone like kopi is checked to send a message, otherwise teams will gladly take free runs and power plays all night long.
I know the line scored tonight, but wtf. Do we REALLY need 2 enforcers in the lineup? IMO, it's either ivanans or Westgarth, not both. It worked out ok tonight but it's going to end up hurting this team more than it's going to help.

IMO, right now, yes, we do need both in the lineup. We are not the only ones who saw the completely weak-kneed response to the run on Doughty in the Tampa game. Everyone in the NHL saw it, too. So now the Kings have some messages that need to be sent.

How exactly? Ivanans was THERE. He had the opportunity to make them pay and he didn't do ****. Having 2 guys loaf around the ice looking at people meanly is not the same as enforcing. IF only 1 would do thier job properly, we'd only need 1.

I havent seen enough of Westgarth but Ivanans is much better than "around the ice looking at people meanly". I think he is a great 4th liner for us! For now and the future.

Is he really? What has he done other than fought with people who "wanted" to go with him? What exactly did he do about the hit on doughty? or the runs on kopitar? He's gone up to the player and yapped at him and maybe played patty cake with him with his gloves still on. He hasn't sent any message at all.
Even as a avid fight fan and Ivanans supporter I have to agree with Winger...Ivanans has been very disapointing this year...

Ivanans was mean in his AHL and ECHL days, either he lost it or is getting comfortable with his two year deal.
I think Raitis is fighting (when he does) not to get hurt. I have thought that ever since his facial surgery last year. I like Westy, if only because he's a brawler and goes for the haymakers all the time. He has got to get into one tonight. Ryan P**** Smyth would be a good target too. I know it aint likely to happen, but I can wish, cant I?
