Also, I believe Joslin won the hardest shot competition and participated in the fastest skater or puck control relay (only saw a highlight at the end).
Should mention, I am in Spokane so they may have something else on in the bay.
Joslin did win hardest shot. and he went 1 on 1 with Vesce in the puck control relay. Didn't do fastest skater

The 15 teams in the Western Conference will be shocked to hear they don't exist.
The WorSharks tried to get the game changed from CAN/P-USA to East/West, but it didn't pass the AHL Board of Governors vote. I have heard a lot of reasons why the AHL wants the game CAN/P-USA, the best of which can be called "extremely lame", but nearly every fan I know of wants East/West so eventually it will happen.
Is there any reason to think that Vensce might be called up at some time if needed or is he not able to play a NHL 3-4th line. Good numbers but 5'8 175Lbs probably not big enough in the Sharks eyes.

Sounds like he'd be a great "energy" player. Sharks are OK right now in that regard.

"Energy player"...good description.
He is deceptively strong...when I first saw him he got tossed around like a ragdoll in his first couple of shifts and was wondering how he could even compete in the AHL. I found out later in the game.
I don't know if Vesce will ever play in the NHL for any length of time, but for a few games he could easily grab a couple of points on sheer willpower until the bigger/stronger players get used to him.
