I have no problem with Brisebois return in the lineup ...
But why sit O'Byrne who is regaining confidence and played ok in TB instead of Bouillon who is playing some horrid hockey and could have used a wake-up call !

The same could be said about Paccioretty, we will for sure use Begin toughness, but why sit MaxPac ??

Anyway I hope Begin will be able to bring SKost and Plekanec with him on his play.

It's bad enough the team doesn't know how to play a physical style to win in the play-offs..
To have a coach who also doesn't understand how to coach his team and put the appropriate players in.. is even worse.

OMG! Pac and Oby sit?! Lines for tonight are..according to RDS:

A.Kostitsyn - Lang - Kovalev
Higgins - Koivu - D'Agostini
Kostopoulos - Laps - Lats
Begin - Plekanec - S.Kostitsyn

Our problem right now is that players dont give 100% out there..so yeah sure why not bench one of our players that actually does give 100% out there? O'Byrne having played an excellent, mistake free game in Tampa sits in favour of Breezy!? Why the hell isnt Bouillon sitting!? He has been horrid! Sorry but i dont get this at all...and hasnt it been proved that Kost and Kovy dont work well on the same line?

Makes sense, now that Koivu is back, Plekanec has to be scared of being benched...

After 47 games, Pleks has an abysmal 20 points. He's played with virtually every winger on this team. I don't understand what he's doing differently from last year that's messing up his production.

So,

A.Kostitsyn-Lang-Kovalev
Higgins-Koivu-D'Agoustini
Latendresse-Lapierre-Kostopoulos
Begin-Plekanec-S.Kostitsyn

?

EDIT: Bleh, forgot about Higgins.

O'Byrne out? I'm far from his biggest fan but he played well the other night. Maybe we're just trying to get Brisebois to 1000 as soon as possible and then we'll put him on waivers the day after

It's pretty obvious. Just watch him enter the zone with the puck and without it,his play along the boards. How hardly he puts his body on the line.

I don't think that update would classify as "just in" anyway.

Bad decision form Carbo...

MaxPac played well in the last game as for O'byrne.

Why not bench Pleky or Skost instead? They deserved a lot more than MaxPac.

Exactly it! Watch him tonight when he goes into the boards, if he even does, as soon as the guy comes close he will try jumping out of the way causing him to lose total control of the puck and then he gives up on the play...

Not impressed with sitting Pacioretty. In my opinion he's been one of, if not the Habs best forward in the past 4-5 games overall. I can't see this as a positive move at all, unless there's a little injury or something we're not aware of yet.

lmao, wait..

I didn't even bother reading. Andrei Kostitsyn is back with Kovalev? The same Kovalev that Carbonnea realized Andrei was better being away from? You know that split that caused Andrei to score at an accelerated pace?
