Well I sure hope Andrei will play on the right side for once. We could see if he's really made for that side like we all think. I remember him on the CAT line...he was awesome! Cross your fingers guys!

Really the guy is acting like if he is in "ligue d'improvisation nationale" Keeps on juggling lines before games and after games.
Bring Akost with koivu and dago coz it worked.
Lang-kovy and skosty did not work earlier while akosty was hurt.

Carbo should know that's it's not about changing the lines, but about the confidence right now. We need a good meeting and talk about the real things.
Could you tell him how can you produce some chemistry when you play with new players each game? Chemistry takes some time to develop.
I still think we need to do a trade. Not a blockbuster, but something to shakeup.

It's got potential IMHO.
There's a lot of screaming about breaking our "best" line, but it also happened to be the "fourth" line. Higgins hasn't been good at putting it home, so let's see how he does with the grinders -- he has the right work ethic, it may work as well as before. It may also get him to play more of a North-South game. Lats may transfer some of that line's enthuiasm and net-crashing to a scoring line, and he goes to a line where he isn't the top talent -- people keep clamoring about a gritty scorer, well Lats is the closest thing we've got. Koivu tends to turn rookies into productive scorers (Higgins, Latendresse in previous years) so it's worth seeing how he does with those two. And Lang can play with Kovalev -- I suspect Sergei will visit the pressbox tomorrow, but Sergei-Lang-Kovalev is nonetheless a combination that has potential if Sergei can get out of his funk.
All four lines have someone who can drive to the net -- MaxPac (and d'Ago), Lats (and Kosty sometimes), Lappy and Kosto, and Begin.
Begin is a problem because he can't be left out and there isn't a real spot for him, although I think Sergei may be getting the Latendresse treatment. Tanguay coming back will only make matters worse. Too much depth is turning into a real problem.

At this point can people really say something won't work? Why not try it...it's something completely different and maybe it will work.
