Better not see any complaining about the refs anytime soon. They handed us that one on a platter. Didn't deserve the win AT ALL.

KP, you better start tomorrow's GDT!

The turning point: Price stopping Frolov on that shorty breakaway. O'Sullivan then hit the post right before Higgins scored. If either of those goals go in, we're done.

It wasn't perfect and it was full of flaws, but I'll take any sort of win after that awful skid.

I feel for the Kings, they deserved better for sure.

At this point, my gold standard is two points in the standings.

Who knows, maybe this gives them a trifle of momentum going into the game vs. the Bruins.

Team needed the win bad.....defensively Habs still look weak.

Huge confidence game against Boston tomorrow.

UGLY! But the first win to end a slump always is...

How Dustin Brown got a penalty with Komisarek is beyond me.

Still a pathetic display. The team has the offence but the defensive coverage is just horrid.

Hopefully the barber stripe jerseys mesmerize the Bruins tomorrow because an effort like this won't do.

I'll reserve further criticism for another time because we need to bask in this while it lasts.

I didn't hear his name mentioned after that give away goal. I don't think he'll play tomorrow either.

2 points = good

Habs play in the game = not good

We looked somewhere between bad and ordinary out there.

The Habs should dedicate the win to Gorges, anybody that can get their bell rung that hard and come back, is unhuman.

One thing I've realized watching hockey is that deserving to win a game has a surprisingly low incidence on actually winning it.
