As soon as i saw AK touch the puck i knew he would give it away, he looked like he didn't care at all.

Why the hell do you play the trap the whole 3rd period losing by a goal? even with 2 minutes left?

figures the difference maker is the awful call on Kovalev moments after he got freely punched in the head

It wouldn't have changed much if he had dumped the puck in. As usual, the other forwards were all chilling at the blue line. Had Kostitsyn dumped the puck in, the Bruins would have gotten to it first and would have easily cleared their zone. Maybe they wouldn't have scored, but whatever.

Such a ***** team. One of the real performers, Lang, gets hurt so not only do we create our own bad luck, but we're given it too. This is just such a lost year, playoffs or not. At this rate, I'll just be happy getting in. My expectations have been lowered. The next few games before the road trip cannot be lost. This loss was expected, we pulled a miracle yesterday and we get a desperate Penguin and Sabre team next. It's not bad to feel negative about this team, but let's keep it in perspective. We're still 5th!

what a ****ing joke this team is - I know the B's are good and all that, but give me a break - barely any effort - the blind passing has got to go - and dont dump the puck in if you dont have the balls to try to get it - its getting rather embarrassing - and that a huge statement coming from me

**** Carbonneau for benching Kovalev like that, you lose Lang, you keep him on the bench longer.

He didn't have his best game but HOW THE **** DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE?

How much longer can Gainey let this go on? This team is dead and just doesn't care right now....

You knew that when the Bruins scored with 1 second left in the 1st, that this game was not meant to be.

That's something that the Habs would have done last year.

How many in a row is that for the B's against the Habs...3?

Doesn't matter, Montréal didn't step up. Took O'bryne to do it.

Oh well, maybe we can win next game...

Boston is good, though, I don't see them going past the second round... unless they use Fernandez... That's just me, though.

Will be interesting to see how Boston does come playoff time, they'll have a tough time beating Jersey, IMO, but they're clearly the class of the Eastern Conference regular season this year.

Changes need to be made and hopefully the Habs can write the ship and prepare for a playoff run.....not a bad game today but not enough shots and traffic in front of Thomas

Canadiens are more talented. Unfortunately they aren't interested in playing hockey. It probably is all due to the worthless waste of space Kovalev.
Canadiens were absolute crap and still only lost by a goal.

yep the 2nd leading goal scorer on the team. its his fault we lost. maybe the game shouldnt have come down to the last 30 seconds with us trying to tie it.
