Byrant Scores 61 at MSG

Figure since it happened at MSG it's Board worthy, That's just a sick feat, I never thought I would see the day someone broke Jordons Record of 55 points in a single game.

You figured wrong.

The Knicks have no relevance on this board.

The Liberty play at MSG too. And that lacrosse team plays some games too right? Should I care?

oh yeah, kobe owns.

When the Liberty cause an earthquake at MSG just make sure you make a thread on the hockey board

Amazing game, definitely could be better than Jordan when he's done.

And no one likes the Liberty or Knicks, but Kobe's magic at MSG is definitely something special.

Donnie Walsh is a great GM and in a few years the Knicks will be top of the line and competing in the East, guaranteed.

He was able to get rid of Zach Randolph, Marbury.

Al Harrington was a great return and Tim Thomas I expect to be gone eventually. Duhon is establishing himself as a great PG and we have role players as David Lee.

I'm telling you, the way Donnie Walsh is fixing this team, in a few years we better hope the Rangers are able to even win games because the Knicks will be up there.

BTW, I think the Knicks have a bigger fan base in NY than the Rangers. I, myself, have been a Knicks fan long before a Rangers.

I just love that the Knicks were able to hang in there & compete with the lakers.

Nothing would make me happier than to have the Rangers & Knicks competive the way they were in the mid 90's, they OWNED this town.

NYC is primarily a basketball town, it's just the Knicks have been downright awful for the past 5+ years. I don't think that's a slight on the Rangers or any other sports team in this area.

I was watching the whole game. The Knicks actually kept it close for most of the first half. Kobe was just ridiculous though. Everything he shot went in. By the end of the first half, the Knicks started to fall off and went in down by like 11. They started the second half with something like a 11-2 run and were only down by two but then the wheels started to fall off and then it was the Kobe show til the end.

Still kind of sickens me that Knicks fans cheered MVP for the guy. You'd never EVER would see that at a Rangers game.

Jumping the gun a bit on the race card? Kobe did have a certain legal situation if you recall...

This thread is on the verge of taking a unnecessary turn.

It's not about hockey, or even the Knicks, AND it's Adam Graves day, so this discussion is just too OT. Closed.
