How did you do last night?

I made this thread so people can come to brag about how good they did or so they could rant and let off some steam if they did bad. Weather it be amateur, high school, junior, adult league, or even pick-up tell us how you did.

So how did you do last night?

I scored two goals in an 8 nothing win in my high school game.

2 days ago I was playing 1 on 1 with a 13 year old and I scored more goals. I'm expecting to be drafted 1st overall based on my play.

I played my first pickup game yesterday. We played 3on3 had to play posts since no goalie.

I got a couple nice steals. But no points.

I'm brutal.

My team is playing against the other really good team in our league last night. Its 2-1, with about 5 mins left in the 3rd. My center and I are in on a 2-on-1. He plays a perfect pass over to me, and i have an open net. I hit the ****ing post. Not only do I hit the post, but the rebound comes right to me. I have the far side of the net wide open, because by this point the goalie has slid over to cover the previous shot. So i have ANOTHER wide open net, and i hit the OTHER post! wtf!

We went on to lose 2-1. Lame.

Our team of twentysomethings barely eked out a win against an old-man team last night, 3-2. I don't know how we didn't score more, their goalie was a machine.

Myself, 25 saves on 27 shots, .926 SV%. Too many scrambles for my liking, I really need to work on my rebound control.

Cool thread. My adult league team lost 10-0 last night, in our second game of the season (lost the first game 12-3). Despite the ugly score we actually played better. Personally I had one nice pass up to a teammate for a semi-breakaway, and made a nice defensive play that our goalie complimented me on after the game.

And I wanted to strangle one of my teammates who takes ridiculously long shifts and barely skates when he's on the ice, despite telling all the rest of us to take short shifts every time he's on the bench

Thanks I figured there would be something like this stickied and was pretty surprised there was nothing like this. Well now there is.

There's one kid on my team that does the same thing and I feel the same way as you.

my last game i played
the other team had 8 guys and we had 13 guys so it was total gong show hockey
my team won 12-1
one guy on my team had 9 goals for us,5 were off breakaways,
i was able to score a goal that i went coast to coast with than came in and went to the back hand on the goalie
i ended up picking up 5 points, one goal and 4 helpers.+7.4 PIM

Not to bad

scored the opening goal on a nice cross-crease pass. then we allowed 3 straight goals. eventually tied it at 3 and went on to lose 5-3.

decent night for me personally though. 1g +2

last game I hit the post on 5 occasions. I have never hit the post so much in a game before...Fortunately, 2 went in but if all 5 went in that would have been sweet. I have never scored more then 3 goals in a game before.

I had two games the last night I played- 1g, 1a as a LW in the first game. won 5-2.

I played goalie in the second game and won 5-3 despite being outshot by a good bit and having to wear my player skates in net because I forgot to pack my goalie skates somehow.

Good night of hockey.

I had one goal, one assist, and a crossbar on a slapper from the side boards while on the rush.

Come to think of it, all my highlights were on slap shots last game.

Our goalie tore his ACL, so ... we have a new goalie this Sunday.... it does nt look good.
