5. Zednik's 2 goals tied
6. Toews dekeing Cleary
That's why Franzen's goal isn't number one. O'Byrne is awful.

Datsyuk's has no business being number two, either.

Zednik's tonight might be number one, running closely against Stafford's and Bobby Ryan's.

Holy crap that's got my vote for goal of the year.

I got Zednik in my CBC pool this week so the 2 pts is super.

you say this, and then put staffords goal ahead? he deked one defenseman and then roofed the puck on a goalie who doesnt look like he'll even cut it as a backup in the NHL?

Does it matter who they do it against? That it was O'Byrne he deked shouldn't take away from the fact that the goal looked nice from a fans point of view.
Yes, it's impressive if they manage to make the same move on one of the leagues top defenseman, but when I pick my top goals of the season, I don't consider who they deke, but how the goal looks.
Just my opinion.

Sweet goal by Zednik.

By that logic, wouldn't Datsyuk's goal be elevated due to the fact it was Duncan Keith he got by on the give-and-go?

was there no better shots of the crowd afterwords though many seemed quite indifferent to the play...which is puzzling

Always liked Zednik and that was a hell of a goal. I prefer the Stafford one though.
