You ask a tricky question. You have several options, shooting off your natural leg without a real transfer of weight, e.g. shoot off the left and lift the right. This has the benefit of giving you the most accurate shot, in my experience. However, it won't be the hardest and the goalie can tend to read you more. You can also do a sort of half way weight transfer from the left to right leg, while facing the net. You basically turn half parallel by snapping your hips. The final option is the NHL full transfer, which means you fully square your body up to the net, with the shoulders parallel to the net. This is the best but hardest to do by far.
