I've seen tons of shots being deflected and still being stopped.....It's time to look elsewhere in the league and see that deflected shots can be stopped....

And they almost tricked Koivu into thinking he had someone play with. Those tricky guys.

Why don't we have a Dmen that can get shots through to the net? Markov is the only one and hes usually covered the most. Komo continuously fires the puck right into players skates.

Fight's like that are worthless. What is the momentum being built from an early fight between two worthless hockey players? Nothing. There was nothing leading to it. Other than, thats their only job in the NHL.

We'll see if Laraque will be on RDS in a few minutes as it was suppose to be.

Tough game again guys. Lots of issues that need to be addressed.
Price was fighting the puck all night and didnt look comfortable from the outset. His Confidence is probably at a low at this point so its up to the staff to help him regain his form. Unfortunately there isnt much practice time between now and Monday night when we head into Calgary. If Halak is available i would imagine he will get the start to allow price an extra few days to work on his game. If not Carey has to bounce back and the entire team has to support him and play tight. It would be nice for the guys to score the first goal of the game every now and then to take some pressure off the goalies. That being said its obvious our goaltending has to be better and more consistent.
Defence and Forwards had far to many turnovers leading to chances. We had enough chances to win this game we didnt capitalize and it caught up to us. We arent scoring, we are turning it over to mcuh and our goaltending has been inconsistent. Not exactly a winning formula. Everyone needs to be better its as simple as that
Its gut check time for the habs now, i think its a good thing we are heading out on the road b/c i can only imagine how crazy Montreal is after that game.
I bet we find out who the real fans are now too. Stick with the team guys

I put most of the blame on Kovalev but Gainey has to take some of the blame too.

it was Gainey who let Souray walk.

it was Gainey who let Streit walk.

it was Gainey who traded Huet away for nothing.

and it was Gainey who traded Ribs away for next to nothing.

how can you say that when you are a carbo supporter? very misleading!

please bob save our team! I am sick of kovalev and plekanec

even though i love patches, its not normal that our two most dangerous forwards are pacioretty and dagostini

God, this team is awful ! Since the Lecavalier's rumours and the Price comeback. it is just ridiculous.

Another two back-to-back losses

this team was showing huge signs of flopping prior to Price returning. Even during the winning streak, Halak was being lit up and the defense was in shambles. Different goalie same results except Montreal can't score now.

probably because this thread was a big joke..

Before even thinking firing Carbo, there are alot of things that should be done.. and it starts by trading Kovalev far away from this team!!!

Fixed, because I see the puck leave our defenders' sticks fairly often. What I DON'T see is that same puck actually hitting the net.

I think he acts like nothing happened, he smiles to everyone.

And then BOOM...he looses his smile.

Price needs a week or two off from game action. He needs to take a few days to just work on his game and re-focus mentally.

Hopefully Halak is healthy enough to play Monday.

Especially Laraque. And now the big guy is in favor of abolishing the staged fights....

He can't fight people that don't want to fight him, so the only thing he does he fights the big guys just to give a sideshow to the fans. Like you said, totally worthless.

Hey. Everyone on this board, including me, was pissing on BGL to fight. He did that. So let's not blame him for what happened tonight.
