Dunno if it's that much more laughable than ours showing as Jared Ross! Mind you at least Ross seems to win more than 50% faceoffs which is pretty novel for one of our centers.

Hoping for a good showing from Parent and Giroux because I don't want to see them go back down when everyone gets healthy. Looking forward to a good game hopefully!

As a European fan I love the early games.

Some national event or something?
I think NBC has exclusivity during a certain block of time, 12:30-3:00. An assumption on my part. After 3:00, teams can broadcast in the local market. Sundays oftentimes get odd starting times, there was a 5:00 start recently, too.

GO FLYERS!
I was going to play Whiplash since it mentions "thrashing..." but I opted for this one since the title fit better with the team's recent play.

it was pretty funny when the Thrash fans came here saying Peverly was good and the thrashers were playing well, then we beat them 7-0. haha.

actually i did just sign peverly in my Dynasty league. I mean he is playing kovulchuck and a 20+ goal scorer...

I like how Nitty is playing, I agree with FlyHigh, time to get him some starts a row. Either he starts taking over or marty gets his **** together.

Well, last Sunday was of course everything very early, but that was of course because of another certain sporting event.

I hope to God we don't lose this game. I still can't believe we beat the Bruins, i'm pretty convinced it was a miracle. If the person who said Kovy might not play is right i think we'll win pretty easy, but I'm not sure with Jared Ross as our #1 center and guys still playin sick.

Awesome song by the way. My second favorite song off that cd after Dyers Eve.

Three star selections:
1st: MARC SAVARD
2nd: MARK STUART
3rd: SCOTT HARTNELL

from yesterdays game....give me a break. How is Nitty not even a star?

I'm still p.o.'ed that NBC dropped this game but what can you do.

Some great results yesterday: MTL, NJ, BUF and FLA losing.

Let's keep the pressure on!! GO FLYERS!!!

Yeah...100% yesterday, and 86% Wednesday. I'm biased being a hometown booster, but Jared's always been good on the draw, fast, and will work his butt off on both ends of the ice. Whether he can actually make things happen at this level remains to be seen.

The difference is we're missing two of our top three centres. The Thrashers aren't.

Bruins are good, but don't underestimate us. When we are at our best we're as good as the top contenders in the league (with Nitty in nets)
