$500 for a flight...
$250 for a ticket...
and another $200 for food, hotel and cabs. (Not even going to include the amount spent on alcohol because I drank wayyy too much after that garbage game)
I can't believe I wasted that much money to see that brutal game.
I find it hilarious how people are giving up on Price, he was the only reason the game was still close after the first period and having it been his second game in two nights he was probably a bit fatigued too and that first period didn't help his cause.
The only positives out of the game were:
- Pacioretty was awesome out there
- D'Ago played very well, maybe he can replace Lang on the left side now on 5 on 3's... he probably wouldn't miss all those open nets
- O'Byrne has been playing well since his recall
- Higgins is starting to look like the old Higgins we saw 2 years ago
- When Kostopoulos lifted the puck off the net and put it on the ice and **** it in with 5 seconds left in the game and complained when the ref didn't count it
The bad:
- Kovalev
- Kovalev's line... (please get Andrei K. away from him already)
- The powerplay
- Carbonneau
- Francis Bouillon... I liked him before but as each game passes I hate him more and more
