Hockey in Central Park (NYC)

I posted this thread over at the Rangers board, but the mods thought it was too OT and locked it. Who knew ice hockey in NY was so inapplicable? Anyway:

Just wondering if any of you guys had heard about this:

Has anyone ever competed in/attended this event before? My team entered this year, but I have literally no idea what to expect as far as the competition is concerned. All I know is that the proceeds go to charity and that it looks like it should be a good time. Anyone going?
