Reitz should play because this will be a physical game. Kalinin should play tomorrow against a softer team.

Sorry but, the Avery turnover machine is not what any team needs against Philly's offensively gifted forwards.

B-2-B for Biron seems like a good opportunity for the Rangers. Suspect on any day and hopefully a little tired, gotta try and get at him early.

What I don't understand is, a few weeks ago I made a thread saying the Flyers were a bigger rival than the Rangers due to the longer history, rough play, and more obnoxious fans.

Very few if any agreed with me, yet NBC and you guys here make this out to be a big rival game.

Which is it?

I was just going to post this, Renney would do this at times with Strudwick, and after all his "we want toughness and size in the line up against bigger teams" nonsense we will see if he lives by that today. Personally I'd consider Renney a hypocrite and he'd lose even more respect from me if he plays Voros over Prucha and says it's a size issue but then inserts Kalinin back over Reitz.

This promises to be an ugly game. 6-7 goals scored

Philly toasted the Isles 5-1 yesterday. We have struggled against them basically all season long.

This is gonna be a tough one for sure...

Washington-Florida and Carolina-Buffalo also today.

It is not too early to scoreboard watch. It looks like the 6-7-8 seeds (Rangers, Florida, Sabres) are slowly pulling away from the non-playoff pack.

I hate Carolina and i hate the Pens so even if the Rangers play like poo (which they are sure to do on an afternoon NBC game) they should at least steal a point out of it.

PREGAME UPATE:

Voros and Kalinin out; Prucha and Reitz in. No kidding. Not absolute 100 percent definite, and everybody will skate in warmups, and Reitz does have a bruised foot, but Renney said he’s planning to use Prucha and Reitz! And it’s not even April Fool’s Day.

It only took 2 minutes for a guy to be left open right in front of the net again with about 2 hours to pick a spot
