LaVallee gets the call

Quote:
The Thrashers have recalled 6'3", 225 lb forward Jordan LaVallee and reassigned Joe Motzko to the Chicago Wolves. LaVallee had a goal and an assist in two games with the Thrashers at the end of last season.
Good for Jordan. Good for the Thrashers.

I want JA to give Sterling another shot at a top 6 forward spot.

I'm just looking forward to seeing "LaVallee-Smotherman" on the scoresheets again

But he can't take a shot, he has to maintain his 100% career shooting percentage.

Seriously though, good. Motzko sucks, his goal against the Rangers was all Army and Reasoner. Anyone not named Erik Christensen could have scored it.

I wouldn't mind seeing a 4th line of Lavallee-Kaip-Crabb next year with a third line of Stuart-reasoner-Army. That would be a solid bottom six.

Sterling did not get the call because he is out with, I think, a broken wrist.

Good to see the guys in Chicago getting a shot.

Hopefully Kulda sees some NHL time after Schneider and Havelid (I wish I could say Exelby as well) are traded away.

Enstrom-Valabik
Hainsey-Exelby
Bogosian-Kulda
Oystrick

This is what needs to happen. This is a +1 for JA.

Get rid of the scrubs and bring up the AHLers. The young players.

Now can we get rid of: Perrin, Christensen, Thorburn, Exelby

I never liked Exelby. He can't fight and he always goes for the big hit instead of making the defensive play. I was so glad when Atlanta kept him up in the NHL instead of sending him to Chicago all those years ago...

Kulda has started playing like he did last year so I think he deserves a call. Rivers would be nice as well but I can not remeber if he was a Wolves or a Thrashers signing.

Still hoping they trade Waddell for a bag of used jocks.

Of course, but I'm referring to this season, after the trade deadline, unless Hedman can just come to Atlanta without being drafted
