Perhaps if we lose Sather will tell Drury not to accompany the team to Buffalo, and will send Voros to the minors.

BWAAAAAA!

Will the Islanders' goalie turn in another 40+ save performance and stifle the Rangers? Who knows? I can't tell with this Rangers team this season. But I think it will be close. A shootout finale wouldn't surprise me. The Rangers just need the two points.

I just hope for a good game for 60 minutes. Good luck tonight. For some odd reason we are always at our best against the Rangers. I think it will be a close game.

If you guys do wind up losing do you guys think Renney is done?

Anyway good luck!

Sal

This game has shootout written all over it..

Good luck tonight guys. The Islanders will obviously be playing hard. We're turning in some good performances with the kids.. especially Okposo. He's really becoming a player the opposing team needs to focus on.. he's creating some open ice for himself. Would not be surprised at all to see Okposo have a big game. Just a hunch.

Anyways, we always play you guys good. It'll come down to Joey Mcdonald. If he can put in a good game, I see the Islanders winning. If he plays like a sieve like the last trip to MSG, we'll lose. Simple math!

At this point, I'm in the Al Davis camp of "Just win baby!".

I'll take two points even if it means eating one of those pretzels the vendors outside the Garden cook over a garbage fire.

Ticket for sale

If anyone is interested in my ticket for tonight you can buy it here:

https://teamexchange.ticketmaster.co...=2824477&CNTX=

I made it as cheap as the website would let me.

If you have trouble with this link just go to: nyrangers.com and look under Rangers TicketExchange.

Look for price range around $40 and Section 409 Row D Seat 5

sure, all I'm saying is if they cannot beat the New York Islanders in sound fashion (in regualtion), after this miserable skid, after falling to 8th place last night, with possibly the coaches job on the line, there is a big problem. I don't care how much game the Isles bring, if Renney and Drury and each player himself can't pump up eachother and themselves enough to get a sound W on HOME ICE against the worst in the league, then this team turns nothing around, but keeps covering up their major flaws with shoot out pts.

Korpedo out with an upper body injury. Dawes in, as per Zipay.

I'm not at the point where I'm concerned about quality of win. Just win.

What? Why is this the first we're hearing about Korpikoski's injury?

I guess this explains why he wasn't playing in the third period in St. Louis. Sorry Tom, kind of hated you for that

Anyway, here's to a good game. I can only imagine how crazy the Rangers drive you guys. They have tons of talent and one of the best, if not the best goalies in the game.

In the event that the Rangers end up blowing this game -- and I'll be listening up at the HCC during intermissions for updates since I may be thankful that I won't have a set of eyes glued to a television screen tonight -- I'll be throwing a tantrum elsewhere. (Makes life a bit easier for me; not so much for others, though they've claimed that I write up good rants.)

PLEASE WIN. That's all I ask of the Rags tonight. I'm not going to care about how it's done. As long as it's two points, please.

Not so sure about the 'best goalie in the game' comment either.

What the hell is wrong with you guys?

Are some of you idiots?

I say that in the nicest way.

How could some of you even go against the fact that you have one of the best goaltenders in the world on Broadway?

And you don't even appreciate him?

Please tell me I have the wrong impression by some of you.. okay?!

Don't even tell me you don't appreciate Henrik Lundqvist. Jesus.

Actually, she did, but thats okay. Yes, I think Henrik Lundqvist is one of the best goalies in the game.

Yes, I also think this team has tons of talent, is that talent producing as well as it should? No, but that doesn't take away from the talent level the team has.

All I was trying to say was that for a team with so much going for it, you guys must be going crazy with how the season has been going.

Anyway, I think you guys win tonight.
