giroux is looking great so far and should continue to get top 9 minutes, but Briere is a PPG player that knows how to step it up down the stretch and into the playoffs. Gotta go with Briere here.

Briere will try to do as much as he can, and with the time he gets he'll be able to produce. If they got the same time it might be close.

I say Briere. However-I won't believe he is coming back, till he's back.

I said Giroux because I don't think Briere will be 100% when he gets back. However, pending his health, I can see Briere hitting his stride right towards the end of the season and into the playoffs.

So basically Giroux will have more for the regular season, and Briere will have much more in the playoffs.

Briere has to get back first though.

it may be pretty close if they are on the same line. but i would assume Brieres PPP would put him ahead, I voted Briere.

Then again once Lupul is traded for Backstrom then Giroux will go on Carters line

I don't think I have the balls to vote for Giroux even though I have doubts about Briere coming back at all this year and I think Giroux is a star in the making.

If they play on the same line, they might end up with the same number of points.

If Briere returns next week like suggested, and assuming he plays the balance of the games...then Briere will finish with more points.

If he get's injured, which I really have a hard time believing he won't...*knocks wood*...then it will be Giroux.

I'm going with Giroux. I think Briere is going to take some time to get his hands back after such a long layoff and Giroux will have built up a nice cushion by then.

Giroux on account of Briere will not return until the playoffs. Thats what I see going down. Unless we need him that badly down the stretch. This lineup can make the playoffs. Briere, maybe a trade, this team can go pretty far.

Experience definitely weighs in here. Danny will finish with more considering how clutch he can be down the stretch but Giroux will not be far behind.

Giroux is the definition of clutch, imho.

Definite star in the making.

Still voted Briere, as long as he actually comes back and stays healthy... his PP time puts him ahead.

As much as I love Giroux, I went with Briere providing he is healthy.
Some teams are going to have some serious decisions to make on who to check when Briere comes back. We will have 3 potent lines potentially.

I think you have to pick briere as long as he is fit when returning to the lineup.
