Schremp Videos?

Does anybody know where I could find Schremp highlights on the net? Particularly the top prospects goal, but not limited to that.

How fortunate. This site shows a link to a video titled "Robbie Schremp has a four point night at Sault Ste. Marie", but it seems to be dead. Some others do seem to be working, at the bottom of the page is a highlight package of Zack Stortini.

Yeah, those Stortini clips are great. We could see lots of him next season as we'll be seeing more of the Toronto Roadrunners and the OHL/WHL/QMJHL if there is a lenghty NHL lockout.

was cool to see Zach (although I'd have to say he looked like he got bested in his scraps for the most part - especially the first one)

The first one is iffy... neither guy got any real shots in...

But I was up in Sudbury during that Pete's game... I was actually about 7 rows up in that end of the ice, and Stortini didn't receive a single quality shot... everything was at the top or the back of the head.

Just because it's in the back of the head doesn't mean it's not quality. Trust me, you can do just as much or more damage to a guy by punching him in the back of the head as you can by punching him in the nose.

Well if you are talking about a blindside hit... yes, or if you are talking about a full haymaker when you have your head down...

But when you are right up next to each other, punches in the back of the head aren't going to do much... it is the hardest part of the body.

have you ever been smoked by somebody in the back of the head? I know it doesn't look like it does the damage, but if you have anybody who can throw a punch you will get one massive head ache!

Smoked is completely different from what I am talking about, and completely different from the punches in the video. If you have a player by his punching arm, and he is hitting you in the back of the head, it doesn't hurt that much.

And I have been in my fair share of Lacrosse fights... getting punched in the back of the head is far better than taking one square to the face (at least in my opinion).

But that is just me... I'd always turn my head on purpose, especially if I was having a tough time getting the guys helmet off (stupid cages). I'd also turn my head if I was trying to catch my breath in a long fight...

Meh... maybe it's different strokes for different folks I guess.

lol, no -I think every body would take a head ache over a broken nose -I too will turn away every time to take it off the back of the ol' noggin.... was just trying to say that a punch in the back of the head still counts, especially if in an abundance.

you'd need a video capture card... or in most towns there are guys that will throw a video on to dvd/vcd for like $10 or so... local classifieds would be your best bet.

In the back of the skull, where it's hard as a rock, no... it hurts, and there is a chance of a concussion, but that's no different than taking one straight to the face.

In the back of the neck where the spine enters the skull through the magnus foramen, certainly. You can do a lot of damage there. Both short term (quick knockout) and long term (permanant neck damage).

I think they are banned in UFC because you can rather easily kock a guy out with a well placed blow... but in order to get at it, you'd either need to be behind the guy to get a good shot in. It's a lot harder to do when you are face to face and he has his head turned.

Interesting. The masses here have deemed Schremp to be a certain NHL player and NOW they are asking for videos to see the player??? Isn't that a little backwards? Shouldn't you see the player first before saying he's a great pick and has a bright NHL in front of him???

I think we have all seen him play if at the very least the Top Prospects game. What we are interested in is the clip of the lacrosse style shot on goal during the game.

ive had pleanty fights (jr A) i didnt mind taking shots in the back of the head at all.
Most of the time the persons hand would get hurt more that my head. Plus with all the Adrenaline, i would'nt even feel it. The next day i would have a few bumps on my head, but who cares.
