Yet another game where we will struggle mightily to score goals. We might get shut out, hopefully score one and if we're really lucky, we might score two. These lines made by Random Renney have yet again zero chemistry.

We barely beat the worst team in the league, because we had the better goaltender. I don't think this will be pretty.

i hope dawes will keep playing well. the story all year for the rangers is that a player will have 1 or 2 solid games in a row then become invisible again.

As for Petr Prucha, "You can't deny his compete level," coach Tom Renney said after the morning skate at HSBC Arena. "We want to see if he can get us some goals. He had some chances against the Islanders."
Prucha better score tonight if he wants to stay in the lineup!! Otherwise Renney will put Voros back in, who hasn't scored since November.

Henrik Lundqvist, in goal again tonight, said he wasn't satisifed with the 3-1 Isles win.

"We have to improve even more if we want to keep winning," said Lundqvist. "I don't think (low-scoring games) really matter for anybody as long as we are winning. A lot of times, we play more strict in those games."

Even with Vanek out I still don't feel good about this game. I look at Buffalo as similar to our team of last year, in where we finally found something to grasp unto and somehow found a way to get into the playoffs.

On the other hand, we look like Ottawa of last year... clinging on for dear life trying to avoid the inevitable
