hockeywiz542 we are on to you!

It has recently come to the attention of the board that we might have a professional sports writer on our Forum. Through reasonable coincidence we have decided its you.

Anyways the main point here is that we have seem to have maybe more then one person who is in the business. So just keep the good stuff comming in the next week leading up to the Deadline day and if you have nothing offically to report. Make up BS that is exciting to read

I've seen HW on other forums too, doing the same thing (articles fresh off the press, and news on interviews).

Whoever you are, thank you .

lol its harmless accusations, he could be nothing more then a very savy sports fan like the Schwab who gets all his information out as soon as he hears it.

Its equally possible we might have many others around here who have inside information working for a Franchise or news agency themselves.

The most important thing is, They should recommend me as a GM the next time an axe falls because im obviously the most capible here

it's the way he precludes every post with "hey guys!" that gives it away.

Spot on, I cant believe we didnt pick up on this earlier. All the evidence points in one direction. At this point I think it is only fair to assume HockeyWiz is indeed Darren Dreger.

nooooooo, now every time I read his posts I'll hear the voice!

it's like the first time I saw Kim Mitchell without hair... I just kept picturing the long hair and OPP hat, ruined by that bald head of his.

Nope. Can't be him. Dreger wouldn't promote anything Rogers/Sportsnet related (check his posting history). At least I doubt he would.

Like was mentioned above...Eklund posts on the trade rumours board.....Bob Mackenzie also has an account I do believe. Supposedly there are some NHLers kicking around on these boards too.

MSP4LYFE = Jeremy Williams but I think that was discovered in another thread

while I understand the need for them to remain anonymous to prevent people bothering them. I would be very interested in knowing who in the hockey world; players, mangement and media. are active on these forums
