Most likely moved players

Give me your top 10-15 most likely moved players and where they go? You don't need to include what assets are dealt for them. Allow me to clarify I don't believe all of these deals will happen although if the player mentioned is dealt this would be what I feel is the likely destination.

Horton-Bos
Bouwmeester-Cal
Tkachuk-NYR
Gaborik-Pit
Ponikarovsky-Van
Antropov-Edm
Backstrom-Phi
Leclaire-Det
O. Jokinen-Mtl
Morris-Buf
Zidlicky-Mtl
Guerin-CBJ
Roberts-SJ
Vinny-Mtl

I really can't see Florida moving Nathan Horton and Jay Bouwmeester, especially after they made this whole 'playoff promise' to their fans. Also can't see Vinny, Backstrom, Ponikarovsky or even Leclaire moving.

The only guys I am willing to bet will DEFINITELY be moved are Antropov, Tkachuk, Recchi, Havelid and Kuba

Gaborik to the Pens and LeClaire to Detroit seem extremely unlikely...

And boy is Montreal snatching up players like it's their job in your scenario...salary cap be damned...

The only player I can comment on personally is Backstrom and from what Craig Leipold said the Wild are planning long term and not the last 20 games of this season. Besides the Wild are not going to beat out any of the top 4 in the west even if they get in the playoffs.

They only have $22m committed to players for next season.

Moore's definitely gone. He's priced himself out.

Still every team likes playoffs over no playoffs, since as the Wild saw in 02-03 any team can make a cinderella run which means more money in Leipold's pockets and more success to this young franchise.

+ No matter how Harding looks (pretty crappy this season btw), you don't trade a goalie whos arguably the frontrunner for the Vezina, especially when your in 8th place with a game in hand on many of the teams behind you.

I meant for the remainder of this year...I know it's prorated, but they would be pushing it at the very least with those contracts plus the recently acquired Schneider...no?

Montréal doesn,t have a need for Zidlicky, since they've gotten Schneider.

If Vinny was to be traded to Montréal, they'd have no need for Jokinen.
