It is indeed quite troubling that Ottawa recorded 47 shots.
We outplayed Ottawa? I dont care what the shots were...we simply outplayed them.

We will get owned again tonight if we play the same game as we did against Ottawa.

there was one tie

if you haven't noticed the last few seasons in OT or SO the winning team gets 2 points and the loser gets 1 point = total 3 for such a game

The Habs will beat many playoff teams.

They will be beating teams each night with their entire roster.

You're getting way too much sun on your vacation Pascal.

Yes, I've noticed, I've also noticed that a team can't get 3 points in one game. So they got 3 of a possible 6. I guess you meant the opposition picked up 4 points while the Habs picked up 3. It's dumb that all games don't award the same amount of points.

Really? Why not just say 15 years?

That is such a dumb statement to make because not one single team can get 7 points in 3 games, the maximum they can get is 6 points, no matter if the other team gets an extra point for losing in overtime/shootout. Habs had 3 points out of 6, that's half of the points, not less than half. And don't give me the 'Oh, they gave an extra point to an opposing team', cause the Caps were extremely lucky to get the win in that game, a fluke goal to tie it up and a post hit by Plekanec that would've given the win to the Habs. Anyway, that game against the Caps showed that the Habs are way better than they've been. The Caps were almost unbeatable in their home, they were on a really hot streak, but the Habs were 2 minutes away from an upset win in regulation.

i said the "7 points that were awarded" for the 3 games. and 3 is less than half.

and it matters what the other team gets TO YOUR OWN TEAM.

suppose that one extra point they got places them higher than you.

there is a huge difference between if in a 2 game simplification you win 1 and lose 1 in regulation getting you 2 points while a team you were tied with going into the final 2 games of the season, they lost in overtime and won in overtime - 1 win 1 loss but 3 points.

--

Anyway now after tonight Habs have beaten a current playoff team since January 10th.
