Personally, I capped out at the college club level. Which is to say we were a drinking team with a hockey problem.

Not to mention, some of us have represented the same team all throughout these games. We should try to stay constant to keep the, ahem, rivalry alive. Certainly folks should bring both a dark and a white shirt if available in the event of last-minute fallout.

While I hate to see a "cap" on players, it might be a reasonable precaution. I'd love to see a pool on how many we end up with at the actual game though.

I was just assuming that most (like me) didn't remember who was original dark and white.

I played in the first game way back in the spring of 07 on Dark.

There was a game in July of 07, which I only remember because I missed it because I was in Disney at the time.

I've played in all the rest and I think I've been on white once and dark twice.

If people want to break it down by original white and original dark and then add people in to make it a fair game, that's fine too.

ahhh sarge, remember the good ol days

Marlboro, well after 10 PM start time IIRC... Our first go round.

My Montreal jersey and all......

Except for the people that have never skated with us before, I remember each skater and skaters ability
unfortunately some Real Life names have slipped my mind.

what I can do is grade everyone out and come up with teams (which I did last year). Just need to wait until we get our final list set

Last year the teams were pretty fair but dark had a slight advantage because we lost reidy and AK37 last second

Although I'm not playing this go-round (baseball season in full effect), I will vouch for the talent level of a few guys.

IIRC, zylos is an excellent player, good wheels, vision, can score.

I played with Fredi28 and LPBruins in high school, and I can testify to their talent, also. Fredi's fast and has a big shot, also only knows one gear - top. LPBruins is a bit more cerebral, always reminded me of Joe Thornton. He's big, strong on the puck, and an excellent playmaker.

Just thought I'd contribute a bit to the talent-level conversation.

Out of curiosity is everyone that is playing pretty well skilled. I've been play once a week since October so I am still kinda new to the sport. I mean I have watched hockey a lot and love to play it, but I am still somewhat of a beginner on the ice.

Are other people of my skill level playing?

I wouldn't worry about the skill level. The pace is moving but by no means leaves anybody behind. Hopefully I don't leave my legs at work this time, though, I was feeling it last time.

Man, I'd love to play....

Any use for a 6'4" wide body on D? Not much in the wheels department, but I have a big reach

Seriuosly, I don't think my back would like it much, but the rest of me would LOVE it!!!!!
