Chest injury, where to go?

I've never had to deal with an injury like this before, so I have absolutely no clue as to where to go. Hospital? Clinic? Could anyone suggest me a good place?

Basically I injured my chest doing dips 2-3 years ago. I stopped working out for a long time, and my injury got better. But every now and then some odd movement would bring back the pain. When waking up this morning, the pain got real bad, to the point of affecting my posture.

So yeah, where to go?
Thanks for any help!

If you are a chick, I can help massage the pain away. If you are a guy, there are plenty of people here who can aid you.

Go to the clinic, the doctor will refer you to a specialist or give you an ordannance for a scan.

Dr. Acula.

I wish I could offer better advice. If you're currently in pain and it won't go away I'd say go to the clinic, otherwise make an appointment with a doctor. Or, do whatever I do when I'm ailing, ask your mom.

I agree, snakeye this isn't the place to be asking for this type of advice.
