thread on the trade forum was just locked, because it didn't have a link. so hopefully it's not true. I can't see him just being waived. Even if you can't trade him for what you want, we can still hold onto him until the end of the season when he retires.

Roberts getting a chance to help a team in the playoffs is the most improtant thing. You see guys like Morrison, Satan, Voros, Priessing etc. were also waived today, so it must be the truly unwanted that was waived today.

Think we should all get a clue and remember most of our players aren't worth much. Being on a bad team does that.

Its kind of unsettling that the Bolts management didn't have the common decency to notify Roberts he was placed on waivers. The fact that it was his brother who heard it on the radio that told Roberts about the news...I mean thats just not right.

He knew there was a definite possibility he wouldn't be with the team after the deadline. He's acknowledged that and accepted it.
