I think it is over. Would have loved to make some more deals, but pretty happy with what happened

CGY Lost: Dustin Boyd, Mitch Wahl

Gained: Gregory Campbell, Bryan Allen, Brett Clark, Brendan Morrison

Got Colorado's fourth round pick in the 2009 draft, and Florida has Calgary's. Almost did as well as the real flames!

It would be cool if our commish could edit the title, somewhat like they did in the non-rookie game so that we can invite people to comment on what GMs have done here, that would be interesting.

Thanks from me to the commish for setting this up and to every GM I had the pleasure of getting in talks with, deals or no deals reached. I enjoyed it!

Avs fans and or others, how do you think I did?
1. Trades: You won the trades with Ottawa and Minny easily. Crapped the bed with the NSH-trade, Clark and Salei trades seem even. Just don't understand the trade with NSH. Radulov is in Russia and you already had Backstrom and Gerber. 2 good trades make up for it though.
2. The team: Goaltending is awesome, and depth down the middle is very good. Radulov probably won't be here, so the depth on wings isn't great, and the D is absolutely horrendous, I mean barely AHL-worthy....
3. Most important point: Entire coaching staff should have been fired!

Edit: What are the conditions on the NSH-trade?

Ducks did extremely well, especially the Niedermayer-trade. Espo-trade was your only brainfart.

Thanks, guys. Viking, I admit I didn't feel nearly as comfortable about the Espo trade as I did with my others. I thought of it as a bit of a gamble that I could take, as Moen was UFA and the 2nd rounder was the one I earlier got for Brett freakin' Hedican...
