Carbo is a very incompetent coach. Never coached a single game in the minors - at any levels.

He doesn't communicate
He is not a technician (tactical specialist)

So...

Gimme a break, this is sickening.
It worked last year until teams figured it out.

The problem is that Carbo is too much of a stubborn retard to make any adjustments even though every team in the league has figured us out.

Every other coach is capable of making adjustments, or else they are fired.

Carbo is beyond incompetant. He's a stupid, stupid coach.

You may not like the adjustment that he makes but don't go saying he doesn't make any, when things does not work out he shuffles lines a lot (but then again, some people here takes anything he does as a reason to bash him, from not making adjustement to making too many adjustment and therefore pissing off every player's ego on the team).

Our team is pretty simple to figure out indeed, they take at least half of every games off, unfortunately, I don't think not working hard is part of Carbo's plan.

I think you're not holding to players accountable enough for their actions.

A lot?

The guy shuffles lines so much they're developing a playing card complex (from being shuffled... bah.. it sounded better in my head)

If the >ENTIRE< team is not working hard enough, who's fault is that? Does that usually indicate that every single player has something wrong with them, or that the Coach isn't working?

Yeah all the individual bits and peices of the team don't seem to be working together, but when the entire car itself (not just one piece) breaks down you blame the driver, not EVERY piece in the car
