Most clocks are programmed to fix themselves automatically.

Dumb question

What time is it?

My computer says 11:55, Facebook says 12:55 and my buddy says his watch reads 10:55.

lol.

I know DST is supposed to be in effect tonight, but still...

No dumb questions - just dumb answers.

Depends on your area obviously. Choose a site for a newspaper or some other reliable source in your area and check there. Generally, the computer updates itself (but only if you set the right geographic area). DST this year works by adding 1 (if the time on your watch was 10:55 now it should be 11:55)

Edit Just noticed you live in Mantreawl - so yes - your computer is right.

Thanks, both of you, I'm in Montreal (so eastern). And I made a mistake, DST was last night not tonight.
