Patches may be slightly hurt from that high stick.

I think D'ago is getting a chance to show he belongs before Lats comes back. Cause it will be between Patches and D'ago who goes to hamilton.

Personally i like Patches better but I trust bob to make the right choice.

d'ago will most likely be heading to Hamilton when Lats is ready to return. Patches has demonstrated that he is a better 2way forward and as the one who stays will most likely get some 4th line duty I take Patches.

Once Latendresse returns, it would be great to see 3 offensives lines:

Tanguay - Koivu - D'Ago
S Kost - Plek - A Kost
Pax - Higgins - Kovalev
Tender - Lapierre - Kosto
I believe Pac may be hurt.

Watch for Lever: if he gets a say, D'Ago will have to step it up or risk a return to Hamilton. He was often teetering on the doghouse edge under Lever due to stretches of inconsistency.

Even if I want Halak to get a game, I hope Price continues his good play, we'll need it in the playoffs.

I agree that D'Agostini is now better than Pacioretty. But, I think that the team will be better with Max in the line up than Dandenault!!

Can't wait, I'll be making the drive from Ottawa to be at the game! My first live game in Montreal of the year, hope it's a good one. Go Habs, I think they'll come out very hard.

I for one am super excited for the game tonight, feels like a clean start.
Gainey isn't the type...but the players responded to him the last time so hopefully they can pick up their game.

Really looking forward to the game tonight. I expect the Habs to come out on fire and to really put it to the Oilers after the last game in Edmonton. I think we'll really see a more offensive team tonight. 6 - 2 Habs.

Under Gainey, the 4th line will play no more than 8 mins a game so it doesnt matter. We'll probably see him next game instead of D'Ago.

I think the team will come out strong tonight. I'm predicting a 2-0 Habs lead after the 1st. 4-2 final.

First game back Gainey puts the original pairings together of Komisarek and Markov and the pairing of O'Byrne with Hammer...what genious moves, we have been saying this for how long and Carbo didn't get it?

Gorges with Schnieder is a good pairing as well, plus Mathieu gets his PP time too.

Having a Dman that is playing good hockey with another who is struggling is better judgment than to keep 2 struggling Dmen together.
