I do. Or at least, I think he could easily be accused of cherry-picking a fair number of red herrings in that article. Maybe if there is an abundant enough cherry harvest, you can't help but have some fall into the basket. But if the harvest is that abundant, I thought he picked some awful examples. Surely he could have done better? But he polished them up pretty well to serve them to an audience that is too ravenous to notice anyway. In the end, it becomes a meaningless toss-away article to me.
