I'm listening to CKAC. I think it will be a good idea to bring a 2nd team to Montreal.. a team full of Quebecers so they can't stop complaining and being racist..

I think all of this media nonsense started to go overboard the minute that the NHL left Quebec City.

We need the Nordiques back.

When Quebec City came in the NHL, the Nordiques were promoted as Quebec's team that played against L'équipe des Anglais (obviously ignorant of Habs history) and had a Hire French policy. They were more representative of Quebec than the Canadiens dixit the PM of the time René Lévesque and the Nordiques added the Fleur the Lys in place of the red jersey shoulders of their early WHA days. They toned down those organizational behaviors sometime in the early 80s following incidents at the Colisée, but it remained in the background.

Problem is all these journalists and commentators that followed the Nordiques now cover the Canadiens. Go and check which ones... You don't teach an old dog new tricks...

Hello Maxpac,

Any comments on why you're being a healthy scratch tonight ?

Did Mr. Gainey spoke to you about the reasons ?

I'd like to know.

Thanks

I prefer the French media over the gutless loosers known as the Nordicks, by a mile.

Habs win this 7-2. Redemption time. Besides, my friend is an Oilers fan and I need to get back at him for the loss in Edmonton.
