The boy is injured. Shoulder, be back in a couple games. He is going to see the doctor in the next few days to get cleared. Then he will be ready for bob to insert in the lineup.

listen to Lats talk about it here...

Tomorrow, when I wake up, I'll put "Go Habs!" in my msn name.

When I do it before 6, we're 5-0-0

Sometimes, I get those brain things and I forget about the game. I get caught up doing other stuff, finally come here and see we have a game.

Love the Niinimaa face over Kovalev's.

I hope we come out like we did in the 1st and 3rd periods. We should really put the Isles away early with that kind of effort. We need a good blowout to really get things back on track.

Anyone know about Brisebois yet? In or out? I'm hoping he plays Saturday so I can watch.

The 1st line is built of 3 pretty good prospects.. Two top-10 picks (Bailey, Okposo) and a bottom-half 2nd rounder (Comeau).

Bergenhiem could also be a 50-60 point player in the future.

Hillen & Nielsen are the other guys who project to be pretty solid players.

Tambelleni, may or may not have a future, but right now his career has been disappointing.

Rechlicz is a 21-year old who has already evened his career AHL (29 games), IHL (25 games), QMJHL (58 games) & ECHL (45 games) scoring pace with 1-point in just 2 NHL games. He's a guy you cheer for just because he was such a longshot to play in the NHL.

That's the worst team lineup I've seen of a long long time.

Poor Islanders fans......The Bulldogs could beat them...

Losing these types of the games is the one of the reasons why Carbonneau lost his job.

I expect Gainey to get the team motivated and dominate the Isles as they should be dominated.

Le Canadien is just soo nice that they will never score more than 5 goals to humiliate the opponent (6 for Leafs).

you can't lose a game vs the islanders, it's unacceptable.

Nobody talks about the Danis effect? The guy is having a pretty good year so far....he's a Quebecer.....

I might be going tonight and if so, I'll be 6 rows behind the Habs bench. Let's hope for a great one compared to the Preds one I went to earlier this year....

What is that?

Will he thank us for developping him and thus choking up softies?

Tonights key. Score more goals then the opponents. Habs are 36-0-0 when they do that this year.

I naturally am optimist, however the habs often play down to the level of the team they are facing...

I certainly hope that the ''playoff'' work ethic ie 60 minutes of hard consistent play is pumping all through their veins.

Please slaughter the Isles...

Go Tricolore!

Don't underestimate the Islanders LJC. They have been playing their best hockey of the season lately. I still believe we are going to win this game, but anyone who thinks it's going to be a cake walk will be in for a surprise.

Kovalev probably a sctatch

Seems Kovi stayed home with the flu or something. Pacioretty and D'Agostini with Plekanec at practice.
