So? You don't think him bouncing around in the lineup had anything to do with that? Or the fact that the team was in complete shambles during those 20 games?
I'm not saying D'Agostini is the definite answer, just that I'd like for it to be given a real shot, I think it's got potential.
Man, who hasn't bounced around the lineup? Gorges played forward for christ's sake. My opinion of D'Agostini... will he be a good player? Probably. Should he be a top-six forward on a team that wants togo far in the playoffs? I hope not. Is he over-rated around here(Marcel Hossa style) after coming up and having a four game goal scoring streak? Definitely.
That said he is probably going to go out tonight and score a hat trick or something, just to make this post look stupid.
I like the idea of a Higgins Metropolit DAgs line.. Metro has surprising quick hands and could surprise between those 2 kids.. The Lats Laps Kosto line has been our best one for a long stretch, they were pretty effective togheter.. If they can get that chimestry back, we could have 4 pretty solid lines with that line-up.. I like it!
and yes id pick pac over lats any day.. lats had 6 good games before he got injured, 6 games in 3 years.. great improvment!! but forgot.. hes a powerfoard. they take time to develope. lets give him another 3 years to improve!
First he played a lot more than 6 good games.
Maxpac hasn't scored in his last 20 games.
Anyway Lats will be in the lineup once he's healthy. No doubt there.
I would like to see him with Pleks and Kovy.
Lats certainly can replace either Dags, Dandy, Maxpac, or Stewart
