Idiots never learn, icing the puck is like giving the opponent another chance.

I know. They didnt need to shoot at the empty net. just get it to the red line and THEN shoot if you're gonna shoot. waste the time

What's lucky in a well constructed goal off the faceoff? Avangard deserved the win until the point they started icing the puck. It's the approach of all Russian teams and Russian players, even in the NHL the Russians do it even though that's not what the coaches tell them. Within the last two months we saw this stupidity take away the trip to the Final from Russian junior team and now Avangard loses to Ak Bars. When will they start learning?

Lucky due to crappy goaltending. There's no reason for Fomichev to let in an unscreened shot from the point.

But yeah, icing the puck was stupid.

Well a pretty good shot also in fact.

In any case by definition a goal with 13 secs to go is lucky.

On the OT goal AO was without a player due a broken stick of course

I'm picking AK Bars and Loko.

I think both semis should be close and exciting.

Well Zinoviev did score vs. his former team, but AK Bars got the last laugh with a 4-1 victory in Game 1.

Ok thanks. I think it was the Finals series that was reported to be on RTR regular.

Dynamo ties the series with a 3-2 OT win.

Magnitka wins game 1 3-0 over Loko.

Igor Mirnov continues his strong play in the playoffs.
