That's fair enough. I guess I always tend to discount what Chamberlin (and Russel to an extent) did because it just seemed totally unfair with their height/talent vs. the rest of the league. However, that shouldn't be an excuse to recognize just how flat out dominant he was.

It would be like dropping Chara into the NHL in the '50-'60s. I'm not sure what a mostly sub-6' sub-200lb league would do with a 6'9" 260lb D with condor wingspan roaming around out there.
