Gagne isnt a defensive forward, hes a Two Way forward.

An offesive player who is good defensively. We know hes not PJ Axelsson. Get over it

but the puck wasnt in the detroit zone, they were bringing it out on the rush. richards and knuble were caught deep in the detroit zone and they were rushing with four players. knuble just didn't backcheck

Everyone got on Briere last year too until he was able to put it together, so everyone cool your jets. If it wasn't for Briere last year he would have missed the playoffs. Chill.
That's John Mother****in Stevens' job, not mine. I'm just a fan. Perhaps you should relay your above statement to his sorry ass. Thank you.

Blown calls

You can easily see how the red wings clinched a playoff spot already there refs never call any penalties on the wings. When gagne had a short breakaway and was hooked from behind it should have been a penalty shot plus 5 seconds after that when detroit recovered the puck richards was tripped trying to get back to the flyers zone. Its bull

Absolutely. Flyers deserved their penalties, but the Wings could have been called on at least 3 separate occasions with that 3-2 lead. The Zetterberg "defensive gem" was one of these. The Wings are great and very structured but NHL refs use a different set of obstruction rules for them. Maybe they're just better at causing obstruction while keeping their feet moving.
