Jersey sizes problem.

Right, this has bugged me for a while. I've got a few Flyers jerseys dotting about through the years but they're almost always contrasting sizes.

My main jersey at the moment is an 'authentic' (could be fake for all i know) 52 and it's just about the right size. If it were any smaller it could get uncomfortable anyway. Now, i've just tried on my housemates medium Phoenix replica and it fits me exactly the same.

I'm looking at buying an Orange Carter/Timonen jersey in the next few days so i don't know what size to get... Any help?

No idea if this helps you or not but i know that i have been told for the RBK jerseys to get them a size smaller then you would get a normal sweater as they are made to fit tighter.

EDIT:
But since it seems you dont want them tight my post was completely useless haha

You're 6'5"? Jesus, i'm only 6'1", i might try out a 54 but if it's the crazy replica sizes then it'll be a tent on me.

I don't mind the closer cut sizes, but i don't want it to hug. A happy medium between CCM loose-ness and the RBK snug would be lovely.

How is everyone so tall? Lol. I'm 5"8.75- have to add the .75 . Isn't 52 the smallest size- and that fits someone who is 6"1' how does that fit anyone else?

Im 5 11 200 lbs and i wear a 52 in game with my equipment. Its a little bigger without the equipment on and definitly bigger than an XL replica.

Here are two size charts this might help if you want to take the time to measure yourself

http://dickssportinggoods.com/info/i...Type=infosport

http://www.americanhockeycenter.net/...eys_sizing.htm - this is the reebok one

Also found this on yahoo answers "Replicas are sized to fit like clothes, authentics are sized to fit over pads." http://answers.yahoo.com/question/in...1155227AAe87n9
