Gainey fails.
The team fails.

Lappy's line came out to play and win. The rest were...well.. Not very spectacular.

Bye bye playoffs

time to pack our bags guys

This team is done and we are officially back to the dark years

This team is not going to get better no matter what they do in the off season

My only regret is that this city was ****ing too retarded to support its baseball team, so I have nothing to look forward to now

Halak came to play, but didn't get the chance. Price is Bobs fanboy so he got another undeserved start. BG needs to go, just like Carbo...pushing Price on the team has been a utter FAILURE.

Watching Gainey behind the bench shows a guy much like the players, riding out the season.

I openly apologize to Carbonneau, he was clearly not the problem. Bob's had time to get his **** together, and it ain't coming together.

Team really looks no better than it did 5 games ago.

Let the re-rebuild begin....sick of this team.

well we did get over 30 shots, and we did score 4 goals, but hey we let in 5. I expect this game to wake up the troops. We will win 5 in a row starting Saturday. Mark my words !

I dread Saturday. Our embarassment will be national on HNIC, for all Canada to see. Oddly enough, CBC will be having fits that we might miss it. No Eastern team in the playoffs for them=lots of losses financially. They'll be pissed when they see how the other two Eastern Canadian teams decided to beat up on us. As I've said, we're not going to wake up until we're 9th. Same thing as 05-06 and 06-07 except I see us missing it on the last day of the year more. God we ARE becoming the Leafs. All good things come to an end and the Habs days as a premier franchise have been dead and gone for years now.

After 5 years of "rebuilding", we're still a borderline playoff team.

Tanguay's softer than tissue paper. Couldn't believe he shied away from a hit and gave up the puck in the dying seconds.

Also, why did Dags replace Kosto on Lapierre's line in the last few minutes? Kostopoulos only had 3 points and Dags has been invisible in 2009.

Here.

- Ride Halak.
- Laps line intact.
- Switch Higgins and Akost till the end.
- Limit Koivu's TOI.

That's all you can do.

And the ****ed up thing, is after the game, no one's gonna get angry, the same things will be said, and the game against Toronto will be something similar to this. We got 3 pts out of 6 last week, and Gainey says it's not acceptable and we have to get more then that this week, well big ****ing surprise, at this point, 3 pts is the most we can hope to get this week. **** THIS TEAM.

Excuses are over. Hot team or not, we have something to play for, they dont. I dont care if were up against Detroit, a team fighting for a playoff spot puts in Effort. This team doesnt give a rats ass.

Sarcastic comments are all we have left on this board.
