If the Selanne trade didn't happen and he moved to Phoenix along with the Jets. How do you think Teemu would've affected the Phoenix market?

It sure wouldnt have hurt. But the city of Anaheim wasnt lit on fire either when he went there which basically proves that hockey just simply won't fly in some places. IIRC Anaheim had 15,000 fans on hand for their Cup parade, pathetic.

But if he goes to Phoenix he goes with Tkachuk and I still think that Roenick/Zhamnov trade happens. So imagine this first line of Tkachuk-Roenick-Selanne. Remember this is 1996, somehow I don't think the Coyotes choked religiously in the first round every year
