Ya buried is the word. Not many people visit those threads now. Not much posting. But i don't care as long as we keep Prospects Updates and Binghamton Senators in the sticky.
Nothing has changed in terms of posting frequency... the ones that get posted in a lot (Prospects, Roll Call), are still posted in, those that get no traffic (top 20 prospects, salary cap) continue to get no traffic.
And it's not like the threads are buried, every time they are posted in they are bumped to the top of the page just like any other thread.

What i meant is that when we enter this general thread, we don't see which threads received new posts... We have to open them all and go the last page. I see a problem there but i'm not saying your work is not awesome...

? The threads that have new posts would be bumped to the top.

I guess if you don't come in for a few weeks then you would have to dig through 4 or 5 pages of thread listings to find out if any of the formerly stickied threads had any activity. It would be easier just to open moz's thread and click the 'newer post' button for any thread you're interested in.
Meh, it's a compromise. Nothing is perfect, but I like it.

I know there WAS an xbox 360 thread somewhere in the Sens forum, but I can't find it. I didn't try too hard, but meh. I know I know, I have the attitude of an Ottawa Senator.
Anyways, I'm looking to get into NHL 09 for xbox 360. I joined a team last night. I play right wing. I have 8 pts in 4 games, and play a solid 2-way game
Anyone else have a team? I'd like to get more involved in the online be a pro. Add me, my gamertag is senators39.

See you out on the ice.
I couldn't find it either. Feel free to start a new thread.
I didn't know where to post this but does anyone have a video or a youtube link with the "O,Canada" sung by Alanis Morrisete before game 4 of the SCF ? I found one video but it's not the full version . Thanks in advance
Hey Sens fans just wanted to ask a question. I was at the game on Saturday and I really enjoyed the video they played before the game. Does anybody know the name of the song? Thanks to anyone who can help.

Hell Yeah by Rev Theory. I'm about to put up a Sens playlist shortly, I can send you the one song if you want.
Since this is the big month in the MLS/CFL debate, why don't we hear which scenario everyone here wants? (a mini poll as it were)
I like football and it is ahead of soccer in terms of my favourite sports. So I'd like to see us have a CFL team. Also, at least the CFL is the 2nd best football league in the world, while MLS is extremely far down the line. Only a few Canadian and American national team players are in MLS. I hope that both sports would have reasonable ticket prices though. Another reason for CFL as opposed to MLS is the location. It would be better to have a downtown stadium that really affects businesses in Ottawa as opposed to only a handful around SBP/the proposed stadium. It would also be more convenient for the majority of Ottawa residents. The very quick expansion of the MLS is also troubling. They dilute their product even more and it brings into question how successful the league will be in the long run. Contrary to some beliefs, the CFL will NOT be going away anytime soon. Also, the uncertainty as to whether the MLS will expand for 2012 or 2013 is a danger. The CFL WILL give us a team if we want one.
Living in the Ottawa Valley, the Kanata location is perfect. I'm also a big soccer fan (and player). MLS is my most followed soccer league, with Toronto FC currently being my favourite team, so an Ottawa team would be perfect.

MLS in Kanata for me too. The sport makes more sense for Ottawa today, the location is better, the ownership group is better and their financial plan is better for the city.

Plus soccer is pretty similar to hockey. Looking at the history of the CFL you see that the reason it starts in the summer and ends in the fall is because it was there to give people something to do between hockey seasons. Now soccer has taken that role and probably is the most played sport in Ottawa.
