That was a good game, Getzlaf was amazing and the PP was on fire. Finally a more than 2 game winning streak and a more than one goal win.

Well, we certainly control our own destiny from here on out. Nashville once and the Oilers twice within the next week or so, along with a couple games with the Avs. Beating the Oilers in both games would definitely increase they likelihood of making the playoffs.

The two games against the Oilers are going to be the most important games of the year. Edmonton has a tough schedule ahead but we can't give them any points.

I feel compelled to point out that neither of Getzlaf's goals were shots on goal. A deflected shot by Pronger and a pass that deflected off a defenseman. Just saying.

Yeah but despite him not shooting he was noticeably better tonight, it looked like he gave a ****, and I even saw him backchecking a few times.

This was the most entertaining Ducks/Coyotes game in a long time. The teams actually checked and such...

A win in regulation tuesday should have us in 8th, beat Nashville and the ducks control their destiny

Technically they then control their own destiny already
