LOL, I'm just trying to imagine some poor guy hauling goalie equipment AND a net on the bus and métro. "Oups, pardon madame", "S'cusez, monsieur, j'avais pas vu votre canne blanche", "Bougez pas, madame, on va vous déprendre", etc. Epic.

LOL

Our goalie probs reminds me of the new I AM CANADIAN commercial about the calling the goalie cos he has goalie equipment and then you see a chubby fella in goalie gear eating some cheatos just about to get on the ice lol...wish I had a youtube link for the new commercial but it is epically legendarily hilarious and awesome!

Brass: It is a shame you can not make it...hopefully next time eh.

BTW I have a car guys so I am willing to pick up any goalie on the island of Montreal and it's immediate environs.

Update:

Tomorrow may be canceled cos of rain : (

Saturday is an alternative option...the forecast calls for good weather...

I found two willing Goalies, but they will probably be busy this spring/summer so they will show up sparingly...

Oh well...some progress...(Canada's next top shinny goalie search continues!)

Don't think I'll be able to play today. I don't have enough time. I live in Vaudreuil, so it'll take an hour to get there and hour to get back.

Maybe next week when I have a little more time on my hands. I'm definitely in sooner than later.

BTW sorry, I know I was the net and pads. If someone is close to Vaudreuil, before leaving you can pick 'em up - just send me a PM

Alright if you can't make it just come whenever you can. As for the equipment, I don't live in Vaudreuil but anyone who could pick it up is welcome

Well, yesterday was pretty nice. I'd be rollin for tonight. Hope to see y'all there.

My legs are beat as I'm used to play for just an hour on line shifts, one day per week, so we'll see how bad I'll be playing tonight. And I have a game tomorrow morning, ugh. Guys on my team will be pissed as I won't be runnin around like crazy like I usually do.

Anyway, smell ya later HFers.

I feel for you, I really do. My legs are killing me. That being said I can't wait for tonight, I just hope we have enough people to take shorter shifts.

Yeah, and they were right about Thursday, it rained, and they're still saying rain on Sunday, so I guess this is our last chance if we don't wanna wait till next Wednesday.

LOL @ Everyone!

We are all tired from Wednesday and whatever we did yesterday lol.

I suspect there will be lots of water breaks tonight eh!

Just a friendly warning...Eventually there will be too many people on Wednesdays (because another group always plays there on Wednesdays) so I was thinking we could play Fridays, Sundays, Mondays (When the habs dont play) mind you thank goodness for RDS 11:30 pm habs express.

I'd rather play Wednesday like we said before. I hate missing games and having to watch them on express. And its a game against Chicago, I ain't gonna miss that.

I got a rough week as far as having free time, so I doubt I'll be able to play this week. Maybe Friday at the earliest.

Sorry guys.
