Who's in/Who's out

I am trying to find a reliable website that tells which teams (particularly in the East) have clinched a playoff spot and which have not. nhl.com and tsn.ca seem out of date or not having the information I am looking for (which seems surprising).

Check this one out, this one is right up to date, including tonight's completed games.

Thanks!

I wonder why they don't have Los Angeles eliminated though.

Good question, they definitely are eliminated. I'm guessing it's just a typo.
