Looks like Lundmark has solidified a spot on the team and perhaps Roy is healthy again.

This is not a reflection on Boyd's play. This is to stay under the cap. Or that's what I've heard anyways.

In terms of team value, you have to admit Lundmark (playing on the 2nd lind) is more valuable right now than boyd (playing on the 4th). Cap space makes sense.

Peter Mahr mentioned on the radio that Aucoin might not be injured as well.

Can anyone confirm this?

I heard that Aucoin WAS injured.

We are down 3 d-men and who knows how bad Vandermeer is hurting from the other day.

The Flames have there work cut out for them tonight.

Wow. So Regehr and Aucoin both out now as well. That really sucks.

Excited to see both Negrin and Pelech as I really like both of them. They will definetly be getting some solid minutes tonight. Dissapointed to see Boyd sent down but the flames needed cap space and unfortunetly he is the odd man out right now. I just hope he is back up for Monday's game.

Lundmark derserved that spot, was so happy when I found out the Flames signed him, knew it was only a matter of time. He'd better be back next season. Looking forward to seeing Negrin and Pelech play. Any chance we see Boyd come back up for playoffs?

I'm so happy to see Boyd if he is really coming back. (just like the beginning of the year were he sat in an airport so calgary can say he was sent down for a couple of hours)

Pelech has only played 2 games back from injury and well Negrin hasn't played a game. I think QC will be fine with Boyd and Peters back (my two favorite guys) and our D will be okay since Pelech has been out for a while.

Word has it that it is Regehr knee and Aucoin might have a concussion.

Not confirmed so do not quote me.

If this is the case then I am worried as Regehr has had knee issues before....we all remember the Detroit series.

this has absolutely nothing to do with the play of Boyd or Lundmark... Lundmark was recalled long ago enough and has played enough games that he has to clear waivers to go back to QC... Boyd because of his age and career games played does not

Lundmark has been playing very well lately.
