leave them in the AHL where they belong. they're not good enough to save our season or beat out our current D for a job. and i don't know about carle, but weber is brutal in the defensive zone from what i've seen of him.

So play him on the PP. Wee need someone mobile...not static like Brisebois and Hamrlik. When they are in the offensive zone they are glued to the ice and all they do is looking around with the puck. We need someone to move the puck fast enough. Our PP is gone with the actual formula...

That's one of the problems with Weber, he is not mobile. He stays in one spot too long waiting for the puck. Carle is much better at moving the puck around and trying to create openings, Weber is not. All that said, I agree with leaving them in Hamilton, they would not make a difference in the NHL.

What do I know, just read on a Hamilton web page that Janik is back and Weber is up! I assume it's reliable info. By the way that's a message board I read not the Bulldogs page.

You obviously haven't seen him play lately

I'd call Shawn Belle (best d-def in hamilton)... and Webber. O'byrne out. Belle in. And of course, Webber on the PP.

Can't stand o'burned anymore.

Actually DanJan is the best Dman this year but he belongs to Dallas. Both Henry and Janik are better defensively than Belle.

So Weber is up. Good input all.

Weber should have been called up for the Ottawa game but i'll take it now. Bob missed the boat there. The kid should have been called up right away to get as much ice as possible.
