I have been in contact with Ryan's dad check has been sent to the fund this is what his dad had to say

Melinda:

Thank you very much for thinking of Ryan. I have been following several links on that board based on comments that were sent to me a couple weeks ago. It seems that everyone there has been very supportive of Ryan. Our family owes the Blue Jackets for all they have done for Ryan. I truly believe we would not have him here today without their support.

He is really excited about tomorrow's game. He believes that we will beat Detroit in this series.


Thank everyone there for Ryan. I can't tell you what this support means to all of us.
