Hats off to Trotz.

Also want to give a personal shout out to those of you that support the team and go to games. I'm really kicking my self in the ass for canceling my plans to visit Nashville and see some games before my move to Taiwan, but well can't change the past.

Already saving up money to get another Predators jersey but still can't decide who's name I want on it.

Thanks for this season all, hopefully we have a good off season, draft and thanks for putting up with my banter even though I'm halfway around the globe.
We are just glad to have you as a part of the community. I always enjoy reading your posts/passion, especially knowing how far away you are !

Truth be told I don't know. If after training camp he goes back to the AHL I think he's done but if he stays and fills the 6/7 defenseman spot then you have Josi/Blum and a bunch of guys who might make the NHL. Either way, the team needs to fill the defensive roster for spots. With Spaling, Santorelli/Santorelli, O'Reilly, Jones, Pihlstrom, and Hornqvist. there is NHL talent, not STAR talent but NHL talent. I would not be surprised if the team uses three Milwaukee forwards for a 4th line.

I want to see how the above will develop. Especially Spaling.

I was just about to mention Sulzer.

Obviously it would be ridiculous to not try to pick up some long term prospects at D but to make it a short term draft priority is not wise. Either this team can survive in Nashville and they will be able to keep Weber, Suter, and Hamhuis or they will fail with no talent and no season ticket holders.

I'll say. Wife and I are looking to go back to the States for Christmas this year and I'm already pondering if perhaps we could 'stop off' in Nashville to see a game, hey, a guy can dream

Steve Sullivan likes Predators, may test market

It kinda looks like Poile and Sullivan are negotiating through the press LOL... Well I hope we keep him, but we have to be careful not to overspend he is still a risk.

Therein lies the problem ... Poile pretty much has to overspend to bring in/keep any UFA to this team

Tip: Mr. Poile, Don't do what I did in my mock draft. Seriously, don't.

Yeah, you're pretty much out of your mind. I mean, really out of your mind.
