Wow ... well that is awesome. I've never played roller hockey and have always played ice hockey. I wonder if playing roller hockey would be terriblky terribly difficult when used to playing ice hockey?

I would think from the obvious with different skating tools that it would be hard to get used to correct?

Sadly no, and we likely never will. They had financial troubles to start off with, insurance had run out on the place one month before the fire happened...

Stopping is completely different but not terribly difficult. Everything else is the same really. It's a very funny feeling as I'm transitioning from roller to ice. As i get more and more comfortable on ice skates, I find I'm starting to think the same way as when i'm playing roller and starting to understand the way the game moves and anticipating.

First league game this Sunday!
